SELECT TRAINING
Select training identifies weakness through a staff
evaluation process. We then design training solutions
to strengthen those weaknesses.
THE EXECUTION OF SELECT
TRAINING

We begin by presenting each player with a series
of skills. The staff evaluates the
student's playing abilities and determines their
top three weaknesses.

Those Weaknesses will become the focus for that
player during "Select Training" workshop.

The coaching staff will then design training
exercises based on the players needs. With
positive encouragement from the staff and
students focus on their three identified
weaknesses, students will show enormous
improvement by the end of the week.
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
Presented by the certified staff of The Atlantic Club.
This method of training will be used daily to promote
strength, coordination, and balance.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the campers to
receive and learn different specific soccer exercises that
strengthens the body from the #1 fitness club on the East
Coast.
